I pulled up to get my rim out the car, so I could purchase a tire. Some man yelling you need to park in the parking space. What sir? I just drove away. Better social skills as a friendly reminder. Went 3 minutes to the next tire shop in and out. Thank yaaaah

Worst place to go to. I came here to have my recently purchased tires. Light skinned guy was rude and arrogant from the beginning as if I owed him something simply because I didn’t have cash to pay( $50 per tire) on me, then got even more mad and threw my tire in my trunk, simply because I did not know what lock he was talking about and I simply wanted to call my husband to ask him where it was. UPDATE, turns out the person with such arrogant and rude attitude was the owner! That was extremely surprising and disappointing to know that an owner treats customers in with such degrading, rude and unprofessional manner. I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I ended up going to Firestone and their prices are not only cheaper ($32 per tire!) but the customer service was 100 times better. I was trying to support a local business by bringing my buisness to Deals on wheels instead of a franchise, but my goodness, I will never go back there and in my opinion, I would highly recommend to go elsewhere, not because of the employees, but because of the spirits within the owner. I pray that the Lord works on him.

Extremely Rude! I called yesterday 5/1/26 and spoke to a gentleman who was really nice. I gave him the make and model of my car. Told him I wasn't sure about the tire size. Told him what I thought it was and he told me he would double check and call me right back. Well he never called back. So the following day, I called back. Sounded like the same guy. I explained that I called regarding for tires and that I was expecting a call back and he interrupted me and told me that he would never say that, it wasn't him. And I asked him if there was anyone else besides him working yesterday and he said no. I know it was the same guy. He kept interrupting and arguing with me whether or not he told me he would check on the tire size and call me back. I still needed tires. So I asked him how much it was for four tires. He acted like I was bothering him. Begrudgingly, he came back with a price. I asked him if that was for used tires. He said that they don't do use tires. I've been buying tires from this company since they opened. I've always bought used tires. I asked him if that was the best price he could come up with or if there were different tires at different prices. He seemed extremely

Extremely disappointing experience. This business is trying to enter a line of work that does not belong to them. Their main service is tire changes, yet they are attempting to do trailer repairs without the proper knowledge or expertise. On top of that, the person claiming to be the owner was rude, aggressive, and highly disrespectful. He behaves as if he is the only person in the world capable of doing this type of work, which is completely wrong. No one owns this industry, and this work is not exclusive to him. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect. Ego seems to come before quality service. I do not recommend this place for trailer repairs.

Top notch service from start to finish! Got brand new tires and an alignment done smoothly. This place is clearly well trusted even big companies bring their vehicles here. 📌Shoutout to Michael for keeping everything rolling. Recommended if you value details and real experiences. Real experience. Real opinion. 👑
